The process of dealing with your Insurance Company can be challenging. As Claims Experts and Industry Professionals we will make sure that you are receiving the proper settlement from your insurance carrier. Here is how it works:

  • One of Arch's Haag Certified Inspectors will inspect and verify whether or not you have a claim.

CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TO FILE A CLAIM.

  • Inform the insurance company of the date of loss
  • Inform the insurance company that your property has been examined by a Licensed and Qualified Contractor who found hail and/or wind damage
  • Ask for a claim number and provide it to us

SIT BACK AND LET ARCH HANDLE THE REST OF THE PROCESS AS YOUR ADVOCATE

WITH YOUR PERMISSION ARCH WILL CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND MEET THE INSURANCE ADJUSTER TO VALIDATE THE DAMAGE TO YOUR PROPERTY.

  • Arch's Haag Certified Inspector is there to meet the inspector to validate your claim
  • Arch Roofing & Restoration and the insurance adjuster will each submit reports to the insurance company that will be forwarded to you

ARCH ROOFING & RESTORATION WILL FOLLOW-UP WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY

  • The insurance company sends a loss summary report detailing the scope of damage
  • Arch Roofing & Restoration reviews the loss summary to ensure the agreed upon scope of damages is complete and accurate

ARCH ROOFING & RESTORATION WILL PLAN YOUR PROJECT

  • You select materials and colors
  • Together we will determine a construction date that best suits your schedule
  • Arch schedules all work to be completed in a timely and professional manner
  • Materials are delivered and work commences within 24 hours of delivery assuming there are no weather delays
  • Arch oversees the entire process inspecting the work to ensure quality and satisfaction

PAYMENT AND WARRANTY INFORMATION – ARCH GETS PAID WHEN YOU GET PAID

  • Your insurance carrier will send you two checks
  • Upon the arrival of the first check, Arch will order and deliver materials and you sign over the insurance check
  • Arch provides your insurance carrier a Notice of Completion to release any remaining funds.
  • Upon the arrival of the final check, you sign over the check
  • You are responsible only for your deductible and any agreed-upon upgrades
  • You receive Warranty documentation upon completion of work and receipt of payment in full
